Through interactive presentations and workshops, our Community Educators promote healthy relationships and empower community members of all ages to understand, prevent and respond effectively to all forms of abuse.
WE EDUCATE. WE TRAIN. WE RAISE AWARENESS.
Education and Training Programs
Each year, our Community Educators visit dozens of schools and youth groups to educate teens and students on healthy relationships, dating abuse, boundaries, communication and respect.
Each year, our Community Educators educate and train adults and professionals from a variety of community groups, government agencies and organizations on domestic abuse, teen relationships and dating abuse, childhood domestic abuse, teaching interpersonal skills to children, and teens and sexting.
Project Hope
Once a month we hold a special class for victims of domestic-related crimes who wish to sign an affidavit of non-prosecution. Any community member who is interested in learning more about our agency, domestic abuse and related legal matters is welcome to attend.
