If You Are Registering for BIPP for the First Time:
Download the BIPP Registration Packet and follow the instructions below.
Next Steps for Registration
1. Complete the Intake & Orientation Packet
Download and fill out the entire Intake & Orientation Packet. All fields are required.
2. Copy Your ID
Take a picture of or scan your photo ID.
3. Return Your Completed Intake & Orientation Packet
Send the completed and signed Intake & Orientation Packet with a copy of your ID to us in an email at bippreferrals@hdnbc.org.
4. Attend an Virtual or In-Person Orientation
Once you have emailed your completed Intake & Orientation Packet and a copy of your ID to bippreferrals@hdnbc.org, a BIPP staff member will reach out to schedule a Virtual Orientation. You can also come by one of the BIPP offices during our office hours to complete Intake & Orientation in-person.
