Hope’s Door New Beginning Center empowers survivors of domestic abuse to lead lives free from abuse. Our goal is to offer support and walk with you on your journey towards healing.
When you call our hotline, an advocate will provide you with personal support and advice. Our advocates can arrange for safe transportation to one of our emergency shelters or connect you to other support solutions such as outreach counseling, legal support, groups and classes, and personal advocacy.

HDNBC provides services to victims of domestic, family, and intimate partner violence. All victim services are free and provided regardless of citizenship status, culture, sexuality, educational level, gender identity, relationship status, race, socio-economic status, or whether you have made a report to the police. Whether you have been a victim of domestic abuse recently, last year, or many years ago, as a child, a teenager, or an adult, as a female, male, or nonbinary person, we are available to help. It is never too late to heal. (Some individual programs may have additional qualifying criteria.)
Hotline calls are completely confidential. They are not on a recorded line, and the calls are answered from a confidential location. We will not share your information with anyone.

Relationship abuse is defined by behaviors that physically harm, intimidate, manipulate, or control a partner, or otherwise force them to behave in ways they don’t wish to, including through physical violence, threats, emotional abuse, or financial control. Multiple forms of abuse are usually present. People experience different types of abuse within the same family, household, or in an intimate relationship.
Our hotline advocates are trained to help guide you through a hotline call. They will ask you a series of screening questions about the abuse. A hotline advocate can also help talk through your options, which may include shelter, case management, counseling, or legal advocacy.
